Just six weeks left until I leave for Peace Corps Staging in Philadelphia before heading to Senegal. I've decided to try and blog during my time to share my experiences with my family, friends and anyone else interested in reading my random thoughts.
I'm currently far away from West Africa, sitting in an internet cafe in Davis, CA with my dear friend and experienced blogger Kiyomi. So here are a few pictures of what I've been up to over the last weeks - triathloning! Thanks for all the good time to fellow participants. - I graduated from college in May and became a Peace Corps Trainee on September 18th, 2006. Following an 8-week training period I became a Small Business Counselor with the Small Enterprise Development Program in November of 2006 and plan to serve until November of 2008.
